Really good if you have sensitive gums/teeth.
I recently bought some new Oral B electric tooth brushes (2900 series) and it came with a cross-action brush head. I ordered these genuine brush heads and they are perfect in terms of softness but still do a great job of cleaning your teeth and gums.
