This is a great multivitamin for men that seems to have everything a man needs. I love that it doesn't have too much Vitamin a and it has included things like creatine.I take this daily as a half dose as I feel like I eat pretty healthy but want to be sure I don't have micronutrient deficiencies.5/5 as an excellent mens multivitamin.

I wonder why you did not put enough d3 or zinc? No k2 at all. Otherwise I like the vitamins so far. More d gets 5. 😊

We take one of these a day in our house to flesh things out with B vitamins, trace minerals, etc. They fit the bill to fill in some gaps in an overall healthy diet without overloading on anything, pretty much just take these, d3, and electrolytes.
