yes, this is a great pan and it has a good weight, sits flat on stove.

Q: Can you use french steel crepe pan with an induction range?

Amazing that people who know nothing about this pan are so quick to offer misinformation. This pan has a steel bottom with aluminum layers. YES it works beautifully with induction ranges. I’ve used this pan for over a year on my gaggeneau induction range.

Q: Is this pan safe for dishwashing and metal utensils?

No, the instructions does not recommend dishwasher as it will shorten life of non stick layer. Also metal utensils are not to be used.
