It's difficult to review a supplement when you don't see drastic changes. I didn't observe any measurable effects of using this dietary supplement.My review is based on the fast shipping and the price. 4 stars for the quantity of pills. The pills were all intact. No adverse effects, but also no beneficial effects that I could detect.

Not Great if already taking a Magnesium supplement.
For me this was a disaster, it was recommended to me by someone else. I am already taking a magnesium supplement for leg cramps and it works well. This was recommended to me for constipation. It did the opposite on me. It gave me too much magnesium in my System and I ended up with so much cramping in my legs, I was in pain for a few days until it went out of my system

Bought after my old ones expired in 2017
I was taking this while I was pregnant to help with headaches and body aches... I flipped over the bottle and realized it expired in 2017! So naturally I bought the same brand so I would have to same results. Very helpful! The size makes it easy to swallow and it helps with my muscle cramps while breast feeding and headaches, since I can't take my migraine meds!
