Makes great risotto. With a nutty flavour
Made great risotto. Not as smooth as white risotto rice but I like the texture

Must SOAK overnight
This is a nice wholemeal risotto rice. It does take 40 minutes to cook, and MUST be soaked overnight beforehand. But, it is a much healthier option.
