Really good output at a reasonable price.
95 percent of what I print does not need color: emails, manuals, handouts, etc. 10,000 pages under $50 is a fraction of my color printer’s few hundred at $100+ and where color isn’t needed the output is much better and faster. I select “print” and usually by the time I swivel around, it is coming out. The color printer continues to go through all these gyrations before the first page comes out. With the toner separate from the drum, the cost is far less than other laser printers.

Better Printers Available for lower cost
I purchased this in part for speed and the cost of replacement cartridges. I've used it for 6 months now and it's my least liked printer. The toner is messy. The edges of the pages that print are faded. And while changing the toner recently, I must have stuck my thumb on a roller somewhere as I now have a blank thumb-spot on every page that prints. I have another Oki 7 series printer that I love, but this B4 series one leaves much to be desired.

Does it all, inexpensively, but thank God for excellent customer support
This printer has all the features, prints every time, but control scheme and manual was written by a sadist. Their fantastic customer support, from 1997 to late 2018 nakes me want to get up in the morning. Hope that doesn't change . .

We love it!
This printer fit the business application that we were looking for. Fast, laser, black and white, reliable. we use it for our tax/Accounting business. Initially I was frustrated because every time I had to reboot the network router (the printer was connected through the modem port) the printer driver would go offline and I would have to re-install the driver. I easily fixed that problem by buying a different USB connection cable so that I could connect it directly to the computer and now it works seamlessly.https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00OUG6UCM/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Out of the box, no ethernet cable provided and it is NOT wireless. No USB connection either. They say it's WIN 10 compatible. I'll find out later when I've had a chance to go buy a cable. Pain in the you know what.

Great workhorse if you need high quality prints.
We use over 300 of these printers. Switched from HP's to these because we needed higher quality printing. Must more configurable including configuring for alignment and skew. Also can be set to stop printing if toner gets light instead of printing poor quality.

Not Wireless
Not wireless as promised. You need an additional $75 + S&H part called the Wireless option. Mine arrived and did not work. I finally hardwired the printer using and ethernet cable to the router to make it work. Prints well bt would not be my first printer choice.
