I have to take Amlodipine for high blood pressure. My cardiology specialist said that, for me, Amlodipine is a must. But it makes my feet swell so huge that I cannot get them into shoes. Seriously, I have been wearing house slippers.I tried to make "Golden Coffee" for it's anti-inflammatory effect, but it tastes awful! I read an article that said that Turmeric 95% Curcumin is the best to take for anti-inflammatory, so I started researching. When I found this, I read the reviews and it seemed as if the complaints were about the color being suspicious. Otherwise, great reviews. Then I read one that said that they only put half a teaspoon in their coffee and can barely taste it. So I decided to give this a try.I can barely taste it and it actually makes my coffee smoother. I really like it. And, it works!!! My feet gradually started swelling less and less. It has been a little over a month now and my feet never swell!!

I like the Powder form so you don't have to swallow pills or upset your stomach. Plus, in powder form it gets digested and absorbed faster. I use it in my smoothies and it blends perfectly without changing the taste of the smoothie. I called and they recommended adding just a dash of pepper and 1/2 teaspoon of olive or coconut oil for the max absorbency. I like that it is all natural and no added sugars or anything. It's also got the recommended 95% curcumin powder. I got the product to help with Migraines, which can be histamine or inflammation related. It's been 5 days, so far so good.Product arrived very quickly also, less than a week. I would recommend this product.

I tried this brand because it states it has black pepper already in there. It does not have black pepper already in there. I just add my own like I was doing before.

I started using Curcumin a couple of years ago in an effort to alleviate pain and soreness arising from advancing age coupled with intense physical activity. I have used several different brands of Curcumin and found the Nutra Nourished product to be the better choice. It blends well with my daily protein shakes, does not have any type of off putting flavor or smell and is very effective in providing relief to my joint and muscular pain. It’s even better now that it comes pre mixed with black pepper. It’s simply a great product with fantastic and responsive customer support. I plan on continuing to use this product and others from Nutra Nourished.

This turmeric powder mixes easily. I put it in my protein drink every morning for the health benefits.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with this product. I strongly doubt that it contains actual curcumin. It has an unnaturally pale yellow color, as if it's been diluted with white powder, and the taste is far from resembling genuine curcumin or turmeric. Frankly, I'm hesitant to use it because I'm unsure of its actual contents. What's even more frustrating is that it came at quite a high price.To make matters worse, there's no option for returns, which adds to my disappointment. I want a refund from Amazon! How do they allow someone to sell such a low-quality product without a refund option? I wouldn't recommend buying this product to anyone; it's best to exercise caution. In contrast, I purchased curcumin powder 95% from a different company, and it's significantly better. The color is a vibrant, natural orange, and it has the distinctive taste and staining properties I'd expect from a quality curcumin product. Save your money and choose an alternative brand.

This turmeric is the best I've ever tasted. I add 1/2 TSP to my coffee every morning along with Golden Paste I'd already made with regular turmeric, coconut oil, and black pepper. It's a very soothing way to start my day. I plan to sprinkle it on my roasted veggies, and even on my salads. I just ordered the cocao turmeric and expect it to be even more tasty in my morning coffee. I can't wait to try it!
