Easy to use, sharp enough to spatchcock a chicken. I even tried cutting the leg bones (just to see) and they went straight through. No issues with skin getting stuck when cutting but you do need to make sure you're using the right part of the shears as there is a notch near the back for bones but the whole front part does the meat and skin.

In old age I've lost dexterity in my fingers, which makes it difficult to use conventional scissors with finger holes in their handles. Does the job well but the edges of the handles are not too comfortable in the hand, could do with rounding off to make them smoother to hold.
