TPM 2.0 is not being enabled in it,And "restore on ac power loss"It is also not working.can you help me?

System crashes few minutes after booting
The main issue I find is the lack of resources available online for the MB (drivers, bios updates etc). Their online portal/website is a mess and will not load on the browser. The CD/DVD provided cannot be read.I replaced an older MSI motherboard with this one, unfortunately the pc does not run for more than a few minutes after booting up. I'm looking into re installing the win 10 OS hoping it will work, however I'm not sure what to do about the mb drivers and bios.I'm not sure if it's an issue with the motherboard hardware or missing drivers.There seems to be an extreme shortage of 6th gen H110 chipset MBs online in 2024.Will update review if I get the system to work.

IT DOES NOT SLEEP AND NO FAN CONTROL CORRESPONDING TO CPU TEMPERATURE...IT IS FAULTY..AND THEY ARE SELLING CHINESE CRAP IN INDIA.
