These Creatine Monohydrate capsules are easy enough to take, digest and reap the benefits from with an easy way to up the dosage to your preferred level by taking another capsule or two.The dosage per capsule is very low so a daily dose is 6 capsules, which I do consider to be a lot. When you consider that most companies simply have the powder only in a tub, one does wonder whether the digestible capsules are even needed. Though simple to swallow, I can’t help but prefer the standard powder.There is no taste to this product, so for those with very sensitive taste buds, this may be better for you.I think 6 capsules is a lot to take and reduces the perception of getting a lot for your money because although you open it to find the tub full of capsules, you get through them relatively quickly.The design is nothing special, clear and properly labelled, which is good, but nothing to add that bit of flair.Overall, effective and satisfactory but could be better.

I regularly take creatine and train in the gym, five days a week I can tell when I’m on creatine that I can train harder and longer. This is no different from any other creatine I have taken. The compound now is so well standardised that you’re going to struggle to get a poor product. The capsules are fairly easy to swallow and easier than some of the large chalky style tablets that are available out there. Basically you get what you pay for. You pay a little extra for capsules over tablets and then again you pay more for creatine gummy’s and sweets. At the end of the day It’s personal preference. it’s just as good as any other creatine, I would be happy to recommend it.

I've been looking for a Creatine supplement for a while and found most come in the form of a loose powder, which is not particularly convenient for me to use. This supplement comes in capsule form and is quite high strength. You can take up to six capsules a day and the capsules are not that small (but also not huge), which I do find a little unpleasant to swallow.After taking for a couple of weeks I can say that I do seem to have more energy and strength in certain situations, so I am pleased with this product and look forward to seeing if this continues.

Compared to my previous regular Creatine capsules, taking 6 per day of this for 4200mg Creatine seems like a lot, but when compared, but the capsules are a lot smaller so not too bad after all. The dosage of these is higher than I am used to so I will probably take less. At the full strength 6 capsules per day these will last for 40 days, but I usually only take 2500mg per day so will reduce the dose to 4 per day so the tub will last 60 days. Overall these are competitively priced pure creatine vegan capsules with nothing else added that are easy to swallow so I am very happy with these capsules and will be using them in future.

I’ll start off by saying how highly I rate this product. I began using creative years ago in powder form, mixing it in water and then drinking the grainy texture drink. Not a nice experience. Now I can use these capsule I am over the moon. They are a good strong dose of creatine with each serving in an easy, convenient capsule.This work out much better value than the slightly cheaper variants on the market just because of the high level of creative in each service that you ain’t get with the others.I highly recommend this product.
