It works
It works great. I followed the wiring diagram that was given to me. I also compared it to the device(door lock actuator) wiring diagram. I connected this item to the lock actuator and negative trigger from the aftermarket car alarm. You can use these relays to do a lot of different stuff, negative or positive triggers. In my case, I used the aftermarket door actuator to run my trunk release. 85 to alarm. 87 to green wire of door actuator. 30 and 86 wired together. Another wire from 86 and 30 with 25amp fuse to constant 12v.

HD relay and fuse in one!
It is nice to have a relay and fuse in one. They do, of course, take up more space, but make it easier to add a relay controlled accessory.
