100 amps per block, 30 amps per circuit. This is from the manufacturer's website.

Q: Does this fuse block utilize a single power line in to feed the 6 circuits?

Yes, a single source feeds all 6. There is also a single ground source for the 6 ground connections.

Q: What's the difference between the one with split, and the one without?

Split:It provides two isolated groups of circuits. For example if you have one group of circuits that you want to come on when the ignition switch is turned on. And a separate group of circuits that will stay on even if the ignition is off. A good example for this is if you have a clock on board you would want it to stay on. Q: do I need a terminal block in conjunction with this or just wire this to my battery and run everything off of this its going in a enclosed trailer to run lights and a inverter .my winch I figure would be direct to the battery right ?

You can certainly connect it directly to the battery; however that connection needs to be fused appropriately. Also, "the winch" you referenced may be an issue since the auxiliary fuse panel is only rated for 100 amps. If you wire directly to the battery I would ensure that you have an inline 100 amp fuse close to your battery. I installed mine with a reset-able breaker (100 amp) between the battery and the fuse panel.
