I love this thermometer most of the time. It accurately tells the temperature inside my three season room and outside of my house, except when it's raining very hard. The display is easy to read and is small enough to not take up much room on a shelf. The only issue I have is that when it rains, the outdoor thermometer does not work (the indoor still works). It goes back to working after it stops raining and some time has passes (I guess for it to dry out). I've tried different ways to keep it dry but so far my efforts have not worked - I have it in a plastic baggie with the string coming out of a small hole I have tried sealing so I don't think much water can get in. But, it still stops working when it rains. I don't know how an outdoor thermometer can be kept away from rain so I don't know what the solution is. I just deal with not having getting the outdoor temperature when it's raining. Given the price, I feel this product is still worth it.

I use in my freezer so if it brakes all my meat does not go bad. Not too difficult to set up. From reading the bad reviews it seems like they did not read the directions. The sensors take 2x AA and the main takes 3x AAA. Being that this is a recent review I can not tell you on battery life. You can always buy lithium and just re charge them. It gives you read out on temp and humidity on each sensor. Setting alarm allows for both to hot and to cold. The signal from the sensor works well, I have them in garage and the main unit in house and shows full strength on reception.

UNIT PERFORMS VERY WELL, READINGS ARE VERY ACCURITE, AND EASE OF SET UP OF THE PROBES ARE SIMPLEGOOD QUALITY UNIT FOR THE PRICE, WOULD BUY AGAIN.

Great display, very easy to read. Works well. I used it to monitor the basement freezer and refrigerator. Set alarms if the temperature rises. Well made.

I've been using these for months now to monitor the temp in my freezers. They work very well and will run for a very long time inside the freezer if you use LITHIUM batteries!Temp reading is accurate as it is within about 2 degrees of my non-battery-operated temp gauge inside the freezer.

So far so good. This is in a new greenhouse. Seems to be accurate. Temp, humidity; indoor and outdoor. Very nice for the price. Battery and usb...I wanted it for the USB charge, but forgot about outlet considerations.Display is good, with light. Very easy to use. Seems sturdy. Durability, we shall see, only used for a week.
