Awesome balloons and kit
These I must say turned out really well. Just like the picture that's how the balloons turned out the stars or spikes if you want to call them that we're so cool everybody want to take a picture by the display. I would definitely grab these balloons again I will be uploading a picture soon.

Only Half Glow
The polka dot and star balloons are very vibrant and glow bright. The other half of the balloons do not react to blacklight in case that's what you were looking for.
