The media could not be loaded.  Love! We had very old plumbing from the 70s. We did have to ask a plumber friend to come in and help change out the old pipes & weld some (nothing to do with the product) our stuff was just old. I love the new set!! Very modern! Does not come with the drain or overflow cover, which is known, but remember to purchase if you want those replaced.

I love the design of this faucet. You will notice, however, that I didn't go 5 stars. Heres my story...I bought this to replace a cheapo faucet that was installed on the house. I wanted something with some style and a more modern look. This looked good online, but would it be as nice in person?I wasn't disappointed. What I was most impressed with was the WEIGHT of the metal. Usually you expect companies to cheap out and put think junk metal with cheap chrome but the spigot and handle was SOLID, good thick metal and good quality mixing assembly (solid brass). It came with a plastic wall jig so you could take the guesswork out of how far back you should mount the valve. I also liked how the decorative wall plate attached to the wall. Unlike the cheaper ones where you have 2 screws that thread into the valve assembly and you can NEVER find them when installing the faceplate, this has NO visible screws. The handle shank is internally threaded so when you screw the handle on to the valve, you tighten the shank and it tightens the faceplate on to the wall. I thought that was a very smart feature.Now you may be thinking...why the 4 stars then? The valve, the handle, and the spigot were all EXCELLENT quality...however, the included showerhead was cheap. It had an adjustable spray pattern but in the end, it was still cheap looking and didn't really go with the overall style. That may not be a deal breaker for most people, but for me...I went back with my original showerhead.All in all, VERY well priced and VERY good quality for the important parts. Great looking and hopefully should give me years of trouble-free service! I recommend!

I'm a remodeling contractor and this is the first Pfister I have installed. I normally stick to Delta tub/shower controls. This set has a very high manufacturing quality, I was very impressed by the fit and finish of everything. The shower arm was a heavy wall unit compared to most other brands, it makes sealing the shower head easier. Installing the mixing valve was normal. Now, the "bad". Installing the cartridge and the rest of the trim seemed to have way more steps than needed. Compared to similar Delta sets I have used, the Delta seems engineered for simplicity all the way through while this Jaida seems to have a few more parts/possibilities for mistakes or leaks. Overall though, I liked the finished product a d the homeowner loves it.

This style and color looks great in our girls' remodeled bathroom. My only caution to pass on is that the valve was set to a rather cool balance. Unless the hot water is very hot, the valve won't make the shower hot enough. So make sure and balance it before you seal the wall up! Also, don't use the crappy push-on tub spout mount--use the screw-on method instead.

Although this set in the ascetic area, is exactly what I was looking for, there are some issues. The valve that was sent in original package was broken. I called the number on the box and they sent a replacement pretty quick. Seemed like they knew this was an issue when I called and was answering questions before it was asked. I received my replacement quickly and it works I guess. But now I have practically no water pressure to the tub and shower. The water pressure to everything else in the house is fine and unchanged except there. And so the problem must lie there. Also if I turn on the facet beyond a trickle to fast the pipes through out the house connected to that line vibrate something terrible. Never did that before the installation and does not do that with any other fixture in the house. I would love this product if it worked properly.

I bought this as the description said it was easy to install, along with the matching bathroom twin faucets (they were easy to install!) This couldn't be further from the truth for the Tub & Shower Faucet! I had to hire a VERY experienced reputable AND expensive plumber, who had to use a grinder to get to the valve, leaving a huge hole in my tub wall. He had to cut out the entire valve assembly using pipe cutters, then using a blow torch to solder it back in place. The whole process took him over 4 hours. Nowhere in any instruction anywhere does it mention this level of catastrophe. Now I need to remedy the hole in my wall.

We bought this for a basement bathroom and due to some delays with Covid, we are just getting around to installing it and the head is broken. Some of the pieces were already installed previously. Now we are past the return window, so I have to buy a whole new one. Very frustrating. Buyers: Make sure you open the box and look at ALL of the pieces.FYI I may change this review if I receive my replacement in good working order. The manufacturer has agreed to send me a whole new unit. Keeping my fingers crossed.UPDATE: After an easy call to the manufacturer, I have received a replacement part at no charge for this faucet. Their customer service was kind and the shipment was quick.

I love this set and the faucet as a great aesthetic with how the water comes out it’s super cool and everyone comments how they’ve never seen that kind of faucet. Perfect for our remodel
