how soft is the chair

The fabric is very soft, the cushion is not particularly thick

Are these chairs easy to look after/clean? Can protection sprays be used on them?

I wipe them off with a damp cloth- no stains or marks left that way.

Just returned a chair to another company, as fabric was faulty. What is the quality like?

I have had the pink one of these for a couple of years. Fabric looked good when it arrived and has maintained its looks over time well. I’m only using it in a bedroom so it isn’t getting heavy use. It is a foam feel rather than plush cushion.
