I took this according to the directions (3-4 x per day) for about a week following a birth control mishap. For years I have been successfully avoiding pregnancy using fertility awareness methods such as observing and recording mucus pattern, waking temperature and other symptoms. I read that this can help with urinary tract problems, digestive problems, to induce menstruation, and for other conditions. I can't say if it is or isn't working perfect, but I can say I love it and don't plan on stopping anytime soon.

This is my second bottle of this extract and I’ve been very pleased. It does not have a strong smell and is totally tolerable in taste. If you’ve ever had rescue remedy, it tastes exactly like that mixed in water. Good value for money, seems like good quality!

Have feral cats that I feed . I put this in the food on the hope of controlling pregnancy. I can’t catch up he wild cats so this my best hope . If anyone has advise I am open
