Is this made from Food Grade Plastic?

This cylinder is made of laboratory grade polypropylene. That means you can use it in chemistry labs when results matter. That further means that it won't leach stuff from the plastic into what you put into it. I have a PhD in materials science. I have been using this cylinder at home for bottle prep to measure water for my baby's formula and now to measure milk as I am transitioning him from formula to whole milk. I have zero worries or hesitation about using it for food.
