The Methylation Miracle: Unleashing Your Body's Natural Source of SAM-e

When I ordered this ebook I thought I was getting the latest, most up-to-date information about methylation. Unfortunately, this "Feb, 2014 publication" is in fact a word-for-word re-release of a book originally published in print September, 1999. I feel that I was duped into buying a fifteen year old book that was represented as a "new" release. I am left questioning if the information in the book is still relevant or has it been replaced by newer research.

This book is superb and explains the reason why I could not break down foods properly. I am glad to have it. My practitioners talked to me about my methylation problems but in the appointment time there wasn't time to explain it thoroughly. This book filled that gap. Obviously I do not use a mainstream doc but rather a functional medicine doctor.

If you want to improve your health and live longer this is the book to read. It was absolutely fascinating . I wisk it had gone deeper into the physiology of some of it but it was great

What I learnt from this book was that meat is a good source for Vitamin B: B3, Folic Acid, B12, etc. I may have to reread it again to know more.

On time as promised, great book to help solve issues with methylation problems. I would recommend this book to anyone looking for solutions.

I thought this was a good book for the average lay person. However, as a Professional with an extensive background in biochemistry it didn't provide much useful information for a deeper base in my current knowledge of methylation and nutragenomics.

The material is interesting but dated in some respects. The book H-Factor Solution seems more current.
