Awesome blender. I love the spout so I can fill my cup while it's still blending!But you have to take it completely apart (just unscrew 2-3 things) or it gets gunky in the spout part. Rinse with hot water and it's fine. I dishwasher it once a week. It's not hard to clean, but yes there are extra steps compared to a normal blender you can just rinse out. The spout part makes it worth it to me.I've had it almost a year, still working great. Still looks good after daily use.

Had mine for 5+ years, haven't swapped out the blades yet, and I make smoothies nearly everyday. I saw someone say it doesn't work well for veggies and frozen fruit, not true. Mine blends perfectly and I freeze my bananas and pineapple before blending. I also blend carrots, pecans, almonds etc I havent come across anything it can't handle. A friend of mine made jolly rancher cocktails in it, she dumped a bag of hard candies in it, and it didn't blend it to a smoothie, but it cut those suckers up pretty well. I'd certainly recommend it if you don't want to pay ninja money, I considered getting a ninja because I liked the all one one food chopper and single serve option. I'm gonna stick with my HB blender instead, got a ninja express chopper instead of replacing ol reliable lol

Love the Red color, the dispensing spout, the indention on the side of the plastic canister that allows you to hold on it while in use, and the overall blender itself. It chops, crushes and blends well with no hesitation. It has worked great for me so far, and I have no complaints. Just what I wanted and at a great price too !!

I have gone through too many blenders in the past 2 years it's insane- and I make smoothies! This blender is okay. It's plastic so it looks a bit cheap. The blending works okay to blend ice, juice, and fruit- gotta stop a few times to stir it around. The dispenser is a piece of crap- it doesn't work very well and it's too low to fit a margarita glass or regualr pint glass under. Basically, this blender can blend fairly well, but just poor it from the top, don't use the dispenser.

Got this is a Christmas gift for my boyfriend, and so far, so good! He's had nothing but good things to say about it and loves the dispensing handle, though he reports it can be a bit of a pain to clean. We've made a number of smoothies in it so far and the texture is decent and it handles ice like a pro. Only time will tell in terms of durability or how well it handles other tasks, but for now I would recommend this blender if you make smoothies often.

I loved the earlier version of this product although there was two little things that they should have addressed in the design.One was the spout which had a hairline crack in the valve retainer. Also related to the valve was the spout which would allow some fruit (blueberries in my case) to pass through and into the valve. I'm happy to see that they redesigned the spout and retainer with a bar restricter spout and a thicker retainer and longer pin and spring for the newer version.If you are buying this in the hope that all parts are interchangeable with your older one, everything but the spout/valve should be fine. I did notice that the build quality has suffered in the molds. The lid has some tiny voids that could trap food particles. For this reason I would not buy this for a restaurant or bar. You could get gigged by the health department. The earlier version is much smoother all around including the threaded bottom.This version feels much like a much tighter fit than the earlier one. It is a bit easier to crunch through the ice and frozen fruit if you don't fill it all the way. Milk seems to be a good lubricant for that last little bit of blend. This product is better suited to frozen margaritas than fruit smoothies. Use the pulse and let it cool so as not to overheat the coupler thingy.There is a design flaw in both versions which could potentially lead to failure. The gear couple thingy on the base is not exactly centered which WILL lead to heat and possibly melting the gear thingy in the pitcher base at least enough to disengage it from the blades. This is what happened to my older one. I can't complain too much, because the older one lasted for eight or so years.For around $20 there is no rival!

So far so good, it does what it is expected to do. My only suggestion is to not use the pour dispenser it leaks a lot when you are blending. But it does come with a spout cap so I just seal it with that,,you don't really need to use the Dispenser but it would of been nice not to have it leaking while I was using the blender. Other than that I will really enjoy getting my use out of it for the price.

I'll admit that I actually had to buy two of these, but I loved it so much I was willing to do it. The first one I bought was almost perfect, but one of the speeds didn't work. The booklet it came with said not to use it if it had any defects because it could be a hazard, so I didn't feel comfortable using it. I loved the way it looked and worked, and I still wanted it. I hate sending stuff back and the blender is pretty inexpensive, so I just bought another one. I'm so happy I did because this is my new best friend. I love this thing. My husband hates eating fruit, but he is willing to drink a smoothie, so this is a lifesaver. I only threw away defective base from the first one I bought, I keep all the other parts, just in case I lose or break a part, so the first one wasn't a complete waste.

Un producto a buen precio y que te da la sensación de contar con un producto profesional para hacerte malteadas. Su diseño hace que dependiendo de la selección, puedas obtener batidos aún sin contar helado y su dispensador es de lo mas útil y práctico, permitiendo servir hasta la malteada más espesa. Excelente y muy recomendable.

no ocupa tanto espacio, el motor es potente, la verdad muele bien ya que me habían dicho que las hamilton no eran tan buenas en eso. Algunos acabados no están tan padres pero es muy fácil de limpiar.

Llego en perfectas condiciones, incluso en menos días de lo esperado, funciona al 100 y cumple con mis expectativas, aparte de tener un excelente precio.

Yo la compre para tenerla como extra y hacer mis licuados y aguas en una licuadora que no tenga los olores de la que usamos para hacer salsa, moles, etc. No es muy potente pero para un agua frutal o un licuado esta perfecta.
