If you wear heels, these are a must. I have placed them in every pair of heels, boots and wedge sandals I own. I Have a pair of 4" designer shoes that I cannot manage to walk in all night. These inserts along with some foot numbing spray, allowed me to get through about 3 hours comfortably with minimal walking and no dancing. At 3.5 hours I could feel my feet about ready to make my knees buckle on my walk back to my car. Note: I had a 30 minute drive to my location so I did not put on my shoes and spray my feet until right before I was ready to walk inside.

These are amazing.I bought them for my heeels that are always hurting my feet but I still want to wear all the time. They are thick and cushy. They are super functional.

This item has been used, it’s missing the tape protector on three out of the four received. Very disappointed!
