I can relate to Mei. She is an introvert that doesn’t like shallow or superficial individuals around her and she calls them out for their actions. She also has traits that may suggest that she has anxiety and depression. It seems like she enjoys being alone but having Yamato around has shaken her world and has left it unpredictable. Yamato is a great guy for Mei, she just doesn’t know how to express her feelings for him well, yet. Can’t wait to read the next volume. :)

~4/5At this point, I don’t really have much to say about this series.I think it’s super good, sweet and thoughtful, and mature shojo.I love it.The development with Kai is really good; I like his friendship with Yamato, even if it’s complicated, and with Mei, even if I’m not a fan of romance between them. Megumi is causing more and more drama for Mei and Yamato, and Yamato is being dumb about it. There is clearly more drama to come between these four. I look forward to it resolving, and am interested to see what comes after it. But even through it all, everyone is growing and learning, and that’s important.Overall, I just really like this series.
