BIC 4 Colours Sun Ballpoint Pens - Box of 12

I like the four color pens, the barrel is a little less comfortable than other pens I use, but still easy to hold and write with. The hole in the bottom of the barrel is a little wider than the tip of the pen, so when you write it can wiggle a little bit, not a lot, but more than other pens. Overall, I love the pens (even with a few issues), the colors are bright and vibrant. I really like the yellow, and while not easy to read, it's really useful for highlighting or drawing. I can't imagine how long it would take me to go through all twelve pens, so I'm sure I'll give away some to another pen enthusiast. I've noticed the pink and purple can bleed through paper over time (red will also do this with Bic pens). It's something that won't be visible initially, but after a few weeks or a month, I'll see the ink bleed through to the other side, at least that's what happens with thin notebook paper, I'm guessing it wouldn't with a higher quality paper.

Finally found yellow ballpoint ink!! I've been searching for yellow ink for several years! BIC has always been my favorite brand ballpoint to draw with, but i didn't know about these pens because they aren't sold over here in the US. The yellow ink is fluorescent - different than i was expecting and difficult to see when writing on paper, but a nice color that mixes well with all inks in their 'fashion color' pens. These are great for drawing. Orange ink is darker than the yellow and a bit inconsistent in ink flow. i recommend using pink or purple to write with, they are the smoothest and most visible ink colors in this pen. All colors great for drawing :) ps - sorry, just realized I've been spelling 'colour' the murican way.

I finally got my 4 Colour pens with Purple, Pink, Yellow, and Orange Ink. My review may be biased because I have a photo of myself under the age of 10 with a trusty Bic 4 Color pen in my hand. But regardless, I love these pens. I have nearly every imaginable Bic 4 Color pen available, including the standard Blue Barrel (Medium Point) and Orange Barrel (Fine Point) versions, the all black version, pastel inks with pastel green, blue, and pink barrels, and even some custom combinations (I love the standard white top mixed with a black barrel; that's a great contrasting visual). And the reason I like these is that yellow and orange ink is not very common, so I had to order up these!!! Great Pens!

Easier to use than a highlighter.

I like that it has orange ink. I like all of the colors but I really like the orange. I am a colors person and use different colors at work. I like color coding and this does the trick. The price was a little high though.

Great gift item for teacher appreciation. And my colleagues LOVED them! Not just your regular black, blue, and red color inks. Much cheaper than purchasing from Office Max/Office Depot. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

As expected.

I bought these for my granddaughters and tried them out too. They are so neat and fun to write with! The girls love to do artwork with them. They were a hit for the birthday!
