 So far so good. I thought he would be scared of it. He was a bit hesitant but drinking out of it. Completely silent. Very cute.

 The fountain looks exactly like the pictures and the quality is perfect. The fountain is silent with or without the spout piece, but I like the ambiance of water sounds so I put my other fountain’s flower spout in it. The set up is very easy as it comes with detailed instructions, the brush in the tail makes cleaning the parts super easy. You can see the water level through the eyes also. My cats took a liking to it right away, and they actually drink more water now. This is great because they mostly eat dry food, and it helps prevent them from getting dehydrated or from getting a UTI. Keep in mind that you have to watch your cats interact with it at first because one of mine tipped it over at one point while he was pawing at the water. I have large cats so if your cats are small you may not have to worry about this happening.

I can't tell that they are drinking any more than they did before, but that wouldn't be the manufacturer's fault anyway. I removed a star because the instructions did not say whether or not to take the tape (holding the water filter) out of the bowl (I did...) and also because there was some sort of film on the top of the water when I opened it to refill it. Additionally - it would be nice to know if this device has an auto-off if it were ever to get knocked over or too dry? It does get louder (and the streams of water slow significantly) when the water level goes down AT ALL, but I only have to top it off every couple of days to keep it quiet. It is cute and heavy enough that I'm not super worried about it being knocked over the "zoomies" that happen daily. I've only had it two weeks... so we'll see how it performs long-term. If I think of it, I'll update this review.

that is really cute the made that from a shape of whale. the tail part is a hidden brush for cleaning in side of this "whater fountain " and my cats loves it they have been play with it for all this morning

I love this thing. It’s super cute, it’s quieter than I expected for a constant pump and the ‘eyes’ actually show you how full it is so you know when you need to grab it for a refil. I had no problem getting the cats to drink from it and it makes me feel better knowing they won’t run out of water if I get stuck at work. It’s also heavy enough that they can’t tip it over and at a good head height so they aren’t swallowing a bunch of air trying to drink.*I took the water spout off as they weren’t a fan of that piece.

it is very cute. holds more water than i thought. last 2-3 days. when the water level gets low, you will hears louder noise then its time to add more water. it provides much cleaner water than my old water bowl. dogs like it!

It is a cute and very nice water fountain for my cat. Looks like a blue whale and the water comes out from the top. The whale tail is also a brush help clean all the tubes inside.The pump have very small sound when power on. My cat is very shay, it takes few days for her to get use to the water fountain, and start drinking water from it (when nobody stay near by). But for normal cats, they may can start use it very quick.

my cat loves her water fountain! we used to have a different brand and she (my cat) would do a mess with it trying to clean her paws on the fountain. But with this new one she can't do that, so it keeps pretty clean and dry around where we leave the water fountain. It has a good water capacity so we dont need to keep filling all the time. I definitely recommend!
