The mat really works very simple idea but it works and work well with my Zieler wooden work top. My work don't slide off my work to.

So far it's doing the job. Experienced the slightly artificial smell when first opened but this fades quickly.I'm using this on a broad to practice calligraphy. This isn't quite the intended purpose but it's working out quite well.

I brought this for my daughter to aid her hand writing. It works really well, a great product.

I normally restore antique furniture but was recently asked to restore a vintage Davenport. Due to the condition of the writing slope part of the Davenport I decided to cover it with one of these mats. The colour complements the mid and dark grey colour combination used to paint the Davenport. The problem with this product is that it comes folded in half. There is a crease in the middle. I have tried heat from a hair drier and ironing it with a damp cloth placed over the mat. Neither worked. I ordered another of these items but this also has the same issue. In short, the product is fine, but it needs to be sent flat. sandwiched between two pieces of sturdy card. This is a simple solution - I am surprised that the manufacturer has not been informed of this issue and taken steps to redress the problem which could very easily be fixed. The last resort is for me to glue this down and to try and flatten it using a decorating seam roller

I made the same mistake as Holly. Have now ordered the slope, but there is not advice about how to fix the mat to the slope. I don't want to superglue it, as not all our readers may want to use the mat.

C'est un complément pour la pente d'écriture. Très utileMes feuilles ne glissent pas.

La única pega que le pongo es que se resbala. Lo solucioné poniendo una cinta adhesiva en la parte superior. Así funciona perfecto.
