this book has good teachings one of the best starting points for anyone who want's to be a practitioner, well written.

Far too many books on Wicca have had a high-handed approach to their pages, and very defensive tones. Not this one; a great read and easy to understand, it gave me all the basics I need for my spiritual journey without making me feel like a dunce for not being a part of a coven. I know enough friends and local practitioners, but I'm not very social. I definitely recommend this book for everyone who just can't or doesn't feel like being with others.

Looking forward to when I get some vacation time to delve in!!!

Good, basic info

I just started the book. It’s only 74 pages long and gets straight to the point. My only concern is what she wrote on page 7 where she used the word “she” when talking about witches. I know that both females and males can be witches. But for a beginner male it might be a little confusing. I’ve attached a picture of what she wrote. That being said, I look forward to what else she has to say in the book.

Great book! Smaller but hits on every point important to the solitary witchcraft. I highly recommend! Great read and quick with references.

This book was perfect for true beginners that have no idea what they are getting into.I would highly recommend to anyone who is considering getting started in wicca. I have nothing negative to say about this book at all.

I like the way this book was written. It was informative, and straight to the point. Didi Clarke seems like a lovely witch, I would love to meet her. She’s very knowledgeable, and has a sense of humour as well.A great book for anyone, especially baby witches

Having left the wiccan path some years ago I needed a refresher to enable me to restart my journey. I found this book refreshing and simple to read. It provided a basic understanding and advised to take time deciding if this was the path you want to take. I would recommend this read to anyone wanting to know about witches as well as someone considering this path as their lifestyle choice.

This book has all of the basics covered in a no fuss, uncomplicated way. A great read if you are new to the craft or are looking for a refresher!
