Great tool, works as described when used with the proper pdr tabs and glues. Some experience is needed to judge the proper "snap" needed when pulling the dent removal tabs.

Didn't work at all. The glue had to be removed with caution otherwise will leave trace on your car. Tried different angle different size of the plug. None of them worked.

Great puller, does a great job. Only complaints are that some tabs are hard to load (extremely snug, had to sand the heads down to get to fit), but with that out of the way it did a great job.The other complaint is the the curve on the base is extremely close to .50 cent size pull tabs.Pulling action is good though.

I am a PDR technician. First off, paintless dent removal is not a novice skill. You can do more damage "fixing" than what was there to start. Second, I have used tools similar to this, often as you are pulling the dent out the legs of the tool are digging into the metal making 2 new dents to remove. Use with caution!

well made and seems to work really well, Dent tools direct USA were good people to deal with and I plan to deal with them again.
