Helped with both plantar fasciitis and capsulitis of the foot
This wedge provides a wonderful calf stretch. The foam material is firm but not hard and grips socks and bare feet well.We keep them under our desks as footrests and pull them out to stand on before walks or exercise. The stretch feels just right, not too shallow or too deep, and has helped with both plantar fasciitis and capsulitis of the foot.It’s kind of pricy for two foam wedges but feels well made.The foam is very, and I mean very, low odor—similar to a foam roller made from EVA. Maybe that’s these are made of.

Great calf and ankle stretch
It is easy to use. There are to foam slant boards (sold as a pair). This very helpful. I have one in my family room and the other board in my bedroom. I use the board frequently because I have it in both rooms. It is has helped me to do more stretching. My legs and ankles feel great.

Exactly what you need if you have an injury like extensor tendonitis and need to do stretches
Doctor recommended I get a wedge for doing stretching exercises as I got an extensor tendonitis injury. It is sturdy and yet has a soft stiff-like surface. Comes in a two-pack. Only needed one of them the other is a spare. If you need to do stretching exercises while traveling it is super light yet sturdy and can be put in your suitcase.

Great Calf Stretcher
These showed up in my pilates studio so I just couldn't wait to purchase one for my home. I also purchased them as holiday gifts. I really like this calf stretcher. The foam is easy on the feet and the slant is just perfect. It is light weight and easy to tuck away when not in use. I separated the sets and gave away the individual wedges.

great for stretching calf muscles and opening feet
Product is light weight. Did not need to off gas it outside which was a welcomed surprise. Good way to stretch feet and legs. Also good to open supinating feet. Can also lay your head on it to stretch the back of your neck.
