Poor quality
The elastic is poor quality on the balloons, I blew one up and on the first punch elastic started to stretch and discolour. Doubt it will be a punch balloon for long.

Bought them for a kids’ part pack. Only downside was the vacuum packed package had a funny smell to it when opened. Had to air it out and spray a bit of perfume on it to get rid of it.
