One of my best investment in music devices so far.1. The quality of music is awesome for all formats. It's Better then all devices I owned so far combined2, usability is great. Can be ussed as media player and DAC both. Enhances the laptop and phone audio to next level3, Operating system some time misses out on some aspects. But considering the quality of music I have no complaint and can live with that4. Battery backup is great. I charge only 1-2 time a month. With almost daily usage of at least 1 hr

Fiio is a Chinese company that makes good quality audio equipment at very competitive prices. Their main products are DACs & DAPs. The Fiio M3K is their entry level DAP having HD audio certification. This is a 'bare bones' model with no internal storage, no BT, no wi-fi, no FM radio. All it does is to play the audio files on the micro SD card. Despite what is said on the product page (1 TB SD card), the manual states that it can support SD cards up to 512 GB. It supports a large variety of lossy as well as lossless audio formats, including DSD.The build quality of the DAP is fairly good with a machined aluminum body. Coming on to the sound quality; I am only using this to play music through my Cambridge Audio amp through the Aux in. The output volume is slightly lesser than while playing music through my external DAC (Topping D30). The sound quality is good; highs are clear, but not overly aggressive. The mids are smooth, and the low end is clean and fairly punchy. The sound stage is good; individual instruments can be 'placed' within the sound stage. (This sound quality is with the tone controls on the amp at neutral position). The DAP also has an equaliser. But this did not make much difference to the SQ, so, it was left in the off position.There is however one 'con': The build quality of the SD card slot. Firstly, the card has to be inserted upside down. I learnt this by trial and error; the manual (which has to be downloaded) does not cover this point. So, with the DAP placed with the screen up, the card has to be inserted with the label facing downwards. Secondly, the card got stuck the first time and I had to pull it out with tweezers. So, the slot is not made well. This could have been done better by Fiio, and I feel that this means one star less.The firmware needed to be updated; the file is available online along with the procedure to be followed.Battery life appears to be OK; I have not really checked it out in detail.Overall, a good value for money DAP with audiophile quality music output.

Strength! of MPs..Have been using since half a day as on 15 Jan 2020. It is Value! for money and for INR 5.7k it is Satisfaction! to Ears! n Mind!Unique! Interface! Touch screen also should have been...Only drawback i felt is few RAM,,, should have been minimum 1 GBi have started using and hope to Go! the Long! Way! Thank! Qudio quality is very similar to iphone 7. U need to use proper headphones with it to good output. Sounds flat in default mode of the equilizer, which actually turned me down at first . Then i tried experimenting with the Eq and finaly found a great sounding one . It has 3 manual presets in which one can make their own presets . Battery life is unbelievable wish the phones could have lasted that much with a single charge . In terms of loudness its a beast . It can easily blow up cheap quality earphones . Audio crispness, preciseness, the distance between the music instruments being played is simply great . BUT THE BIGGEST DISADVANTAGE OF THIS PRODUCT IN NO SEARCH BAR. if u have a huge music library it will take you hours to navigate to your song. UI is not so user-friendly. Hope fiio adds a way to search songs faster

Sound is good and high,but quality of sound is not good,have just normal equalizer is just normal no additional features like mega bass, auto sound enhancer,realme hd sounds.dolbi atmos,Product screen defeated on same day of purchase.Very unhappy from its performance,not as good as expected..Where as sony walkman sound is much better but lacks in in display screen quality.

Its a Good Product but Wish for more features especially for supporting more Formats including MP4 Audio.Dissapointment: The Screen guard which comes with it was not properly pasted by the vendor and lots of air bubles are clearly visible.

For a beginner audiophile like me it's a best choice out there in the market. Sound is good and can afford the high-end headphones. Looks awesome in hands and the sensor touch is fine. Though it could've been better if they add more switch to the side panels to control the music without the screen on. No option for bluetooth connectivity made a real backlog of this device. But if you're okay with the wires then just grab it. Your smartphones are simply a no match to this device in terms of sound quality, durability.
