A good TV box, but a bit kluncky to get around
The package arrived in decent time. No damage to packaging or product. Everything was as described with no surprises. Before I even set it up I added the hard drive to the provided area. This was simple. Unscrew the screw, take off the lid, plug in the drive, put the lid back and screw back in. Set up was pretty straightforward, much like setting up an Android phone. If you're familiar with Android then this will be no problem for you. The only issue I have with this box is it is a little cumbersome to navigate at times. But, it did seem like the longer it was on the smoother it got. I use a wireless handheld keyboard with mouse pad on mine. It works very well, much better than the provided remote. I would give it 4.5 Stars but I can't, so for the sake of rounding up that's what I did. A bit pricey over other TV boxes but the performance is there.

Never get hot like many compact bo
Best tv box. i had more than 20 compact tv box....i do installation for clients....they all get hot and they slow down..BUT the A95X MAX ..NEVER GETS HOT.... and the ram is 4 G ..DDR3 ...same as a high quality PC..

Do not buy.
I have had this box for about five months now...and it has been headaches since day one. The wifi connects but no longer achieves internet access. Plus every time I use it I have to re-establish connection of any bluetooth devices. I initially bought it because you can ass a storage drive; but if basic functions don't work, what's the point? Also, don't even think about using the remote that comes with this thing. Had to replace that day one as I needed to press each key five times before the unit responded.

Forget anything good. WORSE SUPPORT EVER HAD IN MY LIFE !!
Love it. The layout could be different, and the time always goes to 24 hour format, so I have to constantly go turn off the 12 hr and turn back on, as to get the 12 hour format.Update !!!!! Worse support ever....all usb and 2.5 stopped working. They sent me a sideways mp4 no English, can’t see anything, wanting me to flash my firmware to an much older firmware, if I wasn’t a certified tech I would be clueless, however, with no usb working, how would it be even a tad bit possible to flash the firmware. Omg I wasted 3 hours for NOTHING !

Cutting the cord was GREAT.
The learning curve for Android TV box was a little steep but not difficult. The resources on the internet and YouTube were great. So far there is little I cannot watch with this Android TV box. I have found old movies and old television shows I love to watch. I can now watch movies that I haven't even considered watching. The A95X gives me the tools to watch what I want. I don't get the buffering I use to get with the FireStick. The picture quality is excellentas is the sound. My only complaint is the remote that comes with the A95X. Once I bought a decent remote my use of the A95X was very pleasant.

Great as a media library
PROs: Internal hard drive; three USB3 ports; simple to setup.CONS: Apps are very basic, buggy and easy to crash.

Sent with European Power Supply
The 3 side USB ports do not work and I was sent a European power plug. I am returning it for a replacement but would also like to get one with a US Power Supply.

Good but not perfect !!!
It’s good , but when playing standard definition videos it’s all blurry, I have other boxes like Minix U1 but they adjust to HD and SD perfectly with no problems .I will appreciate if the seller could advise on how to fix the problem.
