This magnet absolutely does its job. BUUUUUUUT its way to strong for my liking. I would have gave this a 5 star otherwise. I mounted it in my car for a "quick grab" for self protection. But if i was to ever really need it i wouldnt have to fight the magnet and lets face it those extra 3 seconds could be life or death.
