This turner is the absolute best you can get in this size.I tried so many other tools to help with making something as simple as a egg omelet in a cast iron skillet. This one is the best by a big margin. It has just the right amount of flex to go under whatever your cooking yet can pick up a 3 egg omelet without bending and dropping it.The handle is just as good as any other Global product, a continuous piece of stainless steel that is easy to clean and feels so well balanced in the hand.I am surprised that I have so much to say about a relatively simple kitchen tool but this one is just so useful and functional that It has taken the place of so many other tools and does it all so well and with ease.

Best spatula we've ever purchased. Since we got it, we literally haven't used any others. We don't put it in the dishwasher nor do we leave it wet for too long, so can't speak about the rust issue. Ergonomic and elegant and highly functional. Although it is thin it is very sturdy. Use it for turning fish, omelette, pancake, and everything that needs turning!!We also have two of the global knives, and extremely pleased with both.

De las mejores espatulas que he tenido, le pongo esa calificacion, por que me llego dañada con partes despostilladas en las partes donde viene sujetada con la correa plastica para sujetarla al empaque, lamentable que pasars eso en tan buen producto

I absolutely love this spatula. It is small and thin and flexible. Even though it is flexible, it is a lot sturdier than other flexible spatulas I have tried. I can wash it in the dishwasher. It feels good and well balanced in the hand. The handle is nice and easy to grip even with a slippery hand. I use it all the time now that I have forsworn plastic and non-stick utensils and cookware. Unfortunately it is terribly expensive. I also own the larger version (the fish spatula) and it is also good but I find this one more useful.

Great turner, only issue is where the handle turns into the flat metal there are pits on either side like if you crushed a can and it left dimples. Was a bit disappointed with that for the money spent on the product. Might see if they will warranty it.
