Just received this case for my 2018 MacBook Pro 13 inch without the touch bar (A1708). It seems very sturdy. The directions that come with it are wrong. To install the bottom, you must hook the back buckles in before doing the front and sides or else it is impossible to press in the back buckles. Once I figured that out, the rest of the installation worked, but it took a while for me to stray from what the directions say.I'll update if anything momentous happens. So far it seems like a pretty good case. Hopefully, this will stop my streak of breaking computers.

The case looks decent overall, and feels like it adds a level of protection to my MBP. The little 'feet' in the back provide a nicer angle for typing, too. However, there are some fairly sharp edges on parts of the plastic molding... they won't cut you, but it definitely gives my laptop a cheaper feel.But my main issue: The installation instructions are an absolute dumpster fire. The translations are broken and incomplete, and some places still have placeholder content in them... so you're forced to use the diagrams only. And unless you have superhuman vision, those are useless too! I'm not even kidding: I have great eyesight, but I had to take a macro shot with a DSLR camera - and then pull it up on a monitor - just to see that there are numbered steps in the diagrams. And after all that, I am still not sure that I've got it installed correctly... (ha!)I'd 100% rather assemble cheap office furniture than experience instructions like this again.

This is perfect for my MacBook air 11". It's thicker plastic with reinforced edges fir snug and the leg stands are sturdy and well made. I bought a cheap cover before and their plastic is brittle. Not this one. And never overheats so it's just right amount of protection.

I like the color, I like the edge padding, and it fits my iMac Air precisely -- almost too precisely! The instructions for installing it could be improved to illustrate the tiny amount of plastic clip that will cover the edge of the metal when it is installed correctly. It takes strong fingers to force the clip up and over the edge, and I resorted to the use of slip-joint pliers cushioned with a rag to get the last one in place.

I have used this case for light indoor only use and unfortunately the plastic that holds onto the Macbook's body is starting to become brittle and is chipping away. From day one I also noticed that it wasn't a perfect fit, this causes an uneven load on a flat surface. This will result in the same behavior as table whose feet are uneven with constant buckling. It's a shame that the product isn't able to hold up because there are few that offer the kickstands that go up. The thirty day warranty offered by the seller should tell you to stay away like I should have done.

I received this case a couple of weeks ago and have loved it ever since I snapped it into place! I am a professor, so I am constantly commuting with my Mac, and after the first day of having this on my laptop, I couldn't imagine ever being without such a sturdy case. The case itself has a lip of sorts that acts as a protective "bumper" around the whole laptop. It fits snugly once clipped on and it is not overly bulky (which was a concern of mine). And then the cherry on top of this wonderful case is the kickstand! The two feet are hinged underneath the case and give just enough lift to make typing and reading comfortable. I would highly recommend this case to anyone that works constantly with and travels with their Mac!

I feel like it’s okay.I wanted a REALLY protective case for my MacBook since I recently dropped it and had to replace the screen, but I hate cases that are really bulky and ugly. This was the sleekest one I could find that seemed to be a bit more cushioned/protective than the thin plastic ones.I think it looks fine (like the picture), but there’s no lip that comes out around the screen—it’s completely flush. When I dropped my laptop, it was open (and I feel like this case wouldn’t protect it from that kind of fall).To me, it feels like having a phone case that doesnt have any lift in the front/is flush with the screen and then dropping it face down.I would give it 5 stars if it had at least a teeny bit of a lip coming around the front, but it suddenly feels useless when the laptop is open.

I am using for macbook air 11. It offers very good protection and ventilation. does not look or feel cheap. there is a piece that is left exposed in the back under the screen and if the computer was to fall right on that spot i would be screwed. it causes my screen to fall all the way back (a problem i have had with other macs over time so i don't blame the case). I am using it with another protector on the screen side so prevent it from falling back. Surely recommend just hope it does not fall in a particular way.

I have been using this case for 1 year and 4 months now and I must say, I am very impressed. It’s durable. I don’t see any cracks or scratches from the case. I love the colour and simple style. Even my friends liked it. I am so happy I bought this ❤️

It definitely makes my macbook air a lot heavier, but I work with children so I wanted something that could help my laptop withstand occasionally being stepped on, banged against corners etc. This gets the job done. I also love the little stands at the bottom that can flip out. I feel it does help with ergonomics and with heat distribution from the bottom. Triple check the model and measurements in the listing to make sure you order the one that suits your device! I am finding that one of the plastic pieces holding the protector to the laptop is a little bit sharp. Not so much that it breaks skin but after typing for longer, I will notice the slight poke. I can probably sand it down. It was also a TIGHT fit. I had to struggle to get some parts on properly, but it does get on there.

Really solid cover. Makes it feel like a brand new laptop almost instantly even though my laptop is over 6.5 years old now. No issues with installing as it is very simple to click on to the laptop. So far so good!

Looks classy, is durable, love the little leg/tilt feature.

It protects the machine on all sides, and there’s ample ventilation on the bottom of it. The kickstand legs are a bonus too!
