Only first day of taking it , makes a nice coffee. I'm going to be a bit sceptical but I had 2 strong coffees today and it would normally make me quite jittery and anxious, I havnt found that today. Definitely feels like its doing something in my brain as far as clarity and focus goes. I have anxiety and brain fog all the time aswell as rushing thoughts constantly but I am finding my self quite chilled and content. I don't know how long you have to take it for before you benefit from it , guess I will just have to wait and see ! But I can say I feel different in a nice way.

Not sure why it asks about thickness but this is a quality product. Way way to expensive unfortunately. Lovely alternative to cafine and good for gym. The problem is just the quantity for the price is ridiculous

Not for me but doesn't seem to exceed anything for me. Maybe it could be something someone else gets a better effect than me but personally Never notice anything different apart from a change in flavour to my drinks so gave it up maybe didn't give it a try long enough but couldn't feel a reason to.

It doesnt work ,simple .Save your money .

I add it to coffee in morning. I also take certain other herbs..as yet I'm not sure of it's potential..but it's an enjoyable cup in the morning..I have fond my meditation a bit more focussed

First time I have bought something like this although I use a lot of supps for the "gym lifestyle" normally buy preworkouts but wanted to change it up a little ..... Was a little skeptical just made it in a brew And wow it's so nice... Instant mood lifter 👍

There's been a lot of information being shared about mushroom based nootropics over the last few years and if a company was going to get it right it would be cannonball.The powder comes neatly and sufficiently packaged; no worries with leaky packgagng and half of the good stuff being lost in transit.The flavour is completely inoffensive, maybe a slight hint of chickory. It may add a slightly velvety texture to the coffee but that is not an issue at all. It mixes well and doesn't clump.The effects are undeniable; often during the week, the early mornings, workouts and long days in the office take their toll and by Wednesday you're begging for the weekend.Half a teaspoon of Exceed in your coffee and you can feel the calm energy start to flow. No, jittery, on edge sensation, heart palpitations or other uncomfortable feelings.I've even tried it before a long hill run and zero adverse effects at all. Set off feeling light on my feet and at the top, the usual fatigue that leaves my legs feeling wobbly and unstable on the way down was none existent.
