Adult Bib - Reusable Clothing Protector - Waterproof - Crumb Catcher - Machine Washable (Tangerine Polka Dot)

I bought this for the 79 year old advanced Parkinson's patient in the house. We've been using bibs three meals a day for three years now. I have a drawer full. Lately I noticed the terry cloth ones I've had for three years are showing a lot of wear--unraveling, bleach spots, and the Velcro fasteners are pretty worn out too. And they look institutional. There are some choices out there for nicer adult bibs. At Christmas I bought the one that looks like a tuxedo and it cost around $25 which is expensive for a single bib. We needed another and I saw this one. I think it looks great. The pattern is attractive yet subtle enough to use on a man without looking feminine, and the fabric has body, which helps it stay spread across his chest. I like the snap closure at the neck over the Velcro on other bibs. The food catcher does a decent job catching drops. I've caught the bird dog with her head under his tray rummaging around in it for tidbits. So far it has laundered well, but it also lends itself to a quick wipe with a wet cloth if it has made it through a meal that involved fewer spills. It cost around $12, which is half the cost of other bibs of this caliber. I keep telling myself I should make some bibs for him, but when you factor in time, material, hassle...well I may get around to it, but in the meantime I will buy another of these. It's classy and I think it helps preserve his dignity.

These bibs are perfect. We also use them when eating in the car. We use them in the kitchen when cooking.I like to sit in my den, having dinner. No mess. no stains on my clothes. They are machine washable.One of the best purchases I ever made.Highly recommended.Phil Russo

Love the bib, length was perfect. Definitely easy to clean. The only complaint the wearer had was that the bib felt warm in humid weather.

loved the polka dots & color. Gave as gifts to several friends "they loved them". Will protect their clothing from occasional "errors".

orange polkadot on black background. Looked cheap. Not very attractive. Haven't used them yet. Would not buy them if I had seen them in person.

I really liked the heavyness of the material. Several other products I have bought are made out of a sort of silky material so it was nice to have more of a canvas like fabric that felt durable. Unfortunately, after washing the 1st time the black fabric faded pretty significantly to a very worn gray color. It looks like it has been well used after the 1st wash.
