WTB 29 inch ST i25 Disc Brake TCS Wheel Set Tubeless Ready High Roller 29 x 2.30 Tires Tubes!

This is absolutely a great value! My original wheels on this bike, a Trek Marlin 6, were technically not tubeless compatible. I ran them tubeless anyway but every time you have a deflation episode the bead unseats. They are also narrower than these. For the money this can not be beat, imo! The high roller is not my first choice of tire but it is a decent tire with EXO and Maxx Terra. I did not mind taping them either and I had no issues with the included Presta valves. In fact, those Presta valves were identical to the valves that came with my Santa Cruz Tallboy from the manufacturer. Shipping was unbelievably fast for me. Ordered Saturday and at my door Tuesday. I am actually appreciative of the Presta tubes as now I have some that can be emergency tubes. The wheels were pretty true when I put them on the stand also. I did not adjust them at all before mounting the other tires. Definitely recommended!

Hopefully I’m in the right spot for seller review but I have to say I’m extremely pleased. I ordered this set on the 16th said it would be here 23rd-25th arrived on Fathers Day! Sunday, June 21st. I couldn’t believe when I opened up the box the wheels are already setup with tires and tubes inflated ready to go. I personally enjoy the fact that it wasn’t setup tubeless because I have the option to run either way! Needed new rims and tires, got new rims and tires. QUALITY rims and tires I light add at an unbelievable price. The rims alone are worth buying the set and keep the high rollers as backups 😂. Came with a full roll of rim tape and valves. Sealant is cheap if you don’t have a bottle of it at home already you’re unprepared. Thank you!!!

This is a great deal for high-quality tires on good wheels with name brand hubs. The price is pretty incredible considering that it includes the skewers, shipping, and a 55 yard (bike shop sized) roll of WTB branded tubeless rim tape. I installed these on my daughter's 2016 Trek X-Calibur 8, and everything went together perfectly. I transferred the SRAM cassette and brake disks and mounted the wheels to the bike. They were straight (true), spoke tension seemed good, and the only thing I needed to do was realign the rear brake caliper, which was really easy... Just loosen two mounting bolts, squeeze the brake, and tighten the bolts. It aligns itself. These wheels are a great deal - if you can use them, get them while you can.

Wish this would come setup for tubeless from the get go. Removing the pre-installed tubes was easy, but taping up these wheels was time-consuming. If this setup came ready to go for tubeless, it would be perfect. Just put in your sealant, inflate, and off you. Also, the presta valves that come with this kit are junk. Get some better ones that seal easier. I had problems getting both wheels to seal right at the value. Took a lot of torquing down on the value nuts and finessing the sealant in the tire to seal against the value. The next morning the rear was OK, but the front has a minuscule leak. Not enough to matter on a quick 2 hour ride, but anything longer and I had to put in more air. The tires themselves are great. No issues there. Wheels are great, too. They'll easily take 2.40's. Anything more than that and you're pushing your luck.

These wheels are amazing. Hands down. For the price you will not find anything better. Trust me ive looked at hundreds of listings online for weeks. And try to build these out with each part separate and youll pay twice the amount. Smooth as butter came in perfectly true. I was shocked to see them come in a huge thick high quality shipping box. Everything packed perfectly. Honestly I was expecting less quality in packaging because of all the things ive had shipped to me over the years that came in horrible damaged packing. You cant go wrong with this setup.

I've ridden only 20 miles on this tire and wheelset combo and I'm kicking myself because I didn't buy sooner. I've had several setups on my 29er and these are by far the best. The grip on the High Roller II tires is unreal and the Shimano hubs far exceeded my expectations. I was hesitant because some reviews stated they had to make adjustments due to not being perfectly centered but mine were spot on. I would not hesitate to buy again and I have already recommended this setup to others. WTB did good with this one!

Not too bad but I wish it came with DHF and DHR instead of the High Roller II. The High Roller II's treat is too soft and tends to wear pretty fast compare to other Maxxis tires. The hub is deore and I have 1x12 Sram NX set up. Other than the High Roller II It is a pretty good buy.

I had a Maxxis Ikon I put on the rear. They are wider than what originally came on my bike. WTB rings with Deore hubs with tires, big roll of tubeless tape and valves. All stuff that will nickle and dime you if you're on a budget.I had to replace a wheel a while back and that was $199 on it's own, so for the money and what you get with it is a good deal.
