I have already bought several Irish cookbooks, and THIS is the best Irish cookbook available.It has all the well-known Irish classics and more Celtic classics I didn’t expect. So happy :)

My children's father was Irish and I have many recipes from his Redhaired Irish mother. Many remind me of her cooking. Beautifully written and has lost of photos. Smooth nice paper used, with good binding. A treasure.

This The Complete Irish Pub Cookbook is really well-written, easy to follow along with, and features some really good recipes, of which there is a nice variety. My only complaints are stuck-together pages, and strange white blemishes on the upper-right corner (this is a new book). Overall, a great book at a good value, but appears to have minor damage. I would probably purchase it again; four stars from me.

My daughter just got back from a stay in Ireland and can't wait to put the recipes to the test. She loved the layout.

I have used this cookbook several times! There are some really good dishes in it. My husband and I love one called The Dublin Coddle.
