I'm rating this with 5 stars not because of weight loss, but because of it's healing properties. I bought this tea to see if it would boost my metabolism, curb my appetite, etc. What I have found is that it is helping with my eczema, candida, allergies and irritable bowel syndrome. It is bringing down all the inflammation in my body. Like some sort of miracle. It's helping me heal. As far as weight loss, it helps with bowel movements, which I guess can be helpful when trying to lose weight. The instructions say to drink a cup within ten minutes after consuming a meal. I suppose drinking an entire cup of tea would make any meal eaten feel fuller in your stomach, which would help with weight loss. I'm going to buy a lot more of this because it's helping me heal my allergies, eczema, etc. It tastes good too.
