I have 8 of these. I love the simplicity and the ease of setting the combination. And I had a question regarding re-setting the combination, which I emailed on a Sunday afternoon. It's now Sunday night, and I've spoken back and forth with Lilly, their customer rep, several times.So the customer support is every bit as good as the product.Strongly recommended.

I like how the look & functionality of this gym lock is (asthetically) superior & quicker than the traditional dial lock.

I needed a lock with larger tang dimensions because my gym installed new lockers, and my old lock would not fit. This one works perfectly. The initial setup is Super Easy, Barely an Inconvenience. I gave "Easy to read" only four stars because the numbers are slightly hard to read, and when in the unlock position they are on the edge of the lock, and I have to twist it around a bit to see them. This may be unfair for me to say that because I am an old f@rt, and my vision "ain't what she used to be". Bottom line: I am very satisfied with this purchase, and recommend this product.

Have been using this lock on a backyard gate all summer. Works well enough though the tumblers feel sort of flimsy and they sometimes don't line up well and you have to wiggle them out of their bad path.The first snow fell and the tumblers froze up completely. I had to take the lock indoors to thaw. Switching to a better lock for outside.This lock is probably better for indoor use than outside. Might put it back in the spring

Klasse Lieferung und es wurde keine unnötig große Verpackung für den Transport verwendet.Das Schloss ist nicht sehr schwer, aber auch kein Blech. Die Farbe ist ein schönes, sattes rot. Die Räder mit den Zahlen lassen sich leicht bewegen und einstellen. Das resetten des Codes und einstellen des neuen Codes ist kinderleicht und geht sehr schnell.Die Beschreibung ist auf Englisch und mit kleinen Zeichnungen, auf einem kleinen Zettel der in der kleinen Transporttüte dabei liegt.Was mich stört und wo ich einen Schwachpunkt sehe, ist der stark wackelnde Bügel. Klar, ein bisschen Spiel muss sein, aber so?Auf dem Aufkleber der auf der Tüte ist steht auf Englisch, dass es für draußen geeignet ist und wetterfest sei.Es wird sich zeigen, wie es nächstes Jahr aussieht.

Very well priced, good looking and easy to use. Setting a code is very easy if the instructions are followed. I like the size: not too small for use on lockers and not too large either. It arrived early which wS useful.

Bought 4 locks, set 3 ok, last one I thought I had set it correctly as with previous 3!Disaster!! Don’t know how or what I did wrong but it’s now useless.If you’re gonna invest in this Lock please Follow the instructions.The other 3 work fine.Update,I have been contacted by the company that sell the lock and I am very happy to say that my issue has been resolvedThe company and customer service is in my mind first class,They could quite easily have ignored my Ratings.I am very happy and this is the reason for Upgrading to 5 stars.

It has a thick metal hook, which is 2.5cm long and 2.1cm wide.It comes with easy-to-use instructions on how to set (and reset) your combo pin and looks stylish.Though heavier than a usual lock, its sturdiness almost guarantees safety.A recommended item.
