Wheels Didn't Hold Up
I purchased this bag in April 2023. I previously had a different model from the same company that I used for over 5 years and was very happy with it. However, I'm disappointed that this one didn't hold up as well. Both wheels are falling apart and for a bag that was almost $200, I expected it to last more than a year.

Rugged and great looking
I have been using this bag for the last 10 months. It doesn't look like a suitcase and has held up remarkably well. When this one dies I will buy another. I am very hard on the bag. I stuff it full every day and put about 1.5 rolling miles on NYC sidewalks on it everyday. I also have 2 hours of subway rides each day. It is a little noisy rolling but I totally expect something that has to roll on rough sidewalks (and bounce up curbs, swing by the extended handles over nasty things on the street, etc. ) to have a little noise to it. The extended handle is rugged and shows no sign of wear even though I'm known to swing my bag from it. The exterior looks new. I expect the wheels to be the first thing to fail but hey, they have lasted longer than the soles of any of my shoes. My only con of this bag is how it is partially open when the extended handle is out. Even in a pouring rain my belongings only get slightly damp. My laptop stays dry as its pocket is located the farthest from the handle. If you are looking for something for travel all on indoor surfaces I expect it will last many years.

Gift for wife -- very nice
Warning -- This is a review after the initial purchase of the product with only 1 week of use.First, this item is better looking and feels like it is higher quality than I expected. I gave this case to my wife as a gift for Christmas and she has been very happy with it. She is using it to carry her work laptop and accessories to and from work. She will not be carrying this on an airplane with any regularity so we will not be able to comment on how it will fit down an airplane isle, sorry. It's nice how the handle zips into the case so it will look like any other hand bag. The only complaint she has, thus far, is she wishes it was 1/2" - 1" wider to accommodate her Dell Latitude E6520 beast. It fits but it's a big snug and a tad difficult to get in and out. A minor concern.. you could look at it as snug and secure :)If you read this and wish to ping me for an update in a few months feel free and I'll update my review.I would recommend this product.

Looks Beautiful but Functionality not where it needs to be
When I first go this bag I was in love with it! I am taller and the handle is long and works well for me. The leather is beautiful. However, after many trips I am finding it just does not hold enough yet takes up a lot of space. A sleek backpack has much more room. The biggest issue however are the wheels. Any pieces of dirt causes them to drag, I find myself backing up the wheels quite a bit to 'unstick' them. If I only had to roll it inside an office building it would be great, but then I wouldn't need a wheeled bag.I have taken the bag to multiple shops and NO ONE will fix the wheel that went flat (I drug it too far out of desperation). No one. And try to find the part on McKleins website - not going to happen. So, in the end this one will wind up being used for a bit longer and then relegated to the back of the closet - or better yet, donated.

Read this before you order.
This is my second McKlein bag. The first one lasted about a year before completely coming apart and becoming so loud it sounded like it needed a muffler. Fine, I can live with a year. But the second one, I felt robbed. After literally less than a few days of light use, one of the wheels completely went flat on one side, causing a very loud wobble. I sent it back, having to go without a bag for a week. They sent back the same bag, repaired, and the same thing happened the first time I used it. I emailed McKlein before ordering and the marketing person spent more time arguing with me about the Amazon policy then trying to help me out. I didn't even bother trying to get it fixed the second time. Now I'm stuck with it. Oh, and when I tried to email Amazon about it, it was some third party seller that I got automated emails from and no direct person. They purposely make it impossible for you to reach someone. And McKlein doesn't stand behind their product at all. Trust me and don't waste your money, total lemon.

Smart, Stylish and Professional Too -- And NO ONE else will have one!
Love this bag. It's stylish, smart and professional. The red is red but not too red, more of a wine color. But, be aware of two things: a) it doesn't hold that much once you put your 15" laptop in it and b) the wheels are so large relative to the wheel well that even small stones get stuck between the two and the wheel(s) will drag as a result. Note: when this happens, run the case in reverse and it should dislodge. If it doesn't pick up the case and take it to wherever you're going (and dislodge later) because if you drag the wheels you'll wear down the wheel that's stuck.
