Q: My son is 4.5 months his weight is 12 bd what size should i buy him?

He is too young for this However I believe they do sell a size code # 60 That may be able to Fit Him, I believe that’s the smallest size they have that’s under 12 Months

Q: My son is 13 months what size do I buy him?

I wild size up to the 14-18. The 9-12 fit my son when he was 10 months but the button right at the center under the diaper popped open constantly throughout the night. I could have used a little more material there.

Q: Where is this made and shipping from?

I’m not sure where it’s made, but it’s made of a cotton blend. It’s really nice, both my nephews liked it. Zero problems for them. For me, the shipping was filled by Amazon itself.

No, It’s Stitched to the Shirt. It’s all mostly just like a 1 Piece thing if you ask me. Yes it’s 3 different Pieces, but can you really count the Hat as it’s own Piece? The Suit is all 1 Big Piece Then the Blazer 2nd Piece The Hat is your 3rd Piece
