These are card stock printed images in toothpicks. I was hoping to find actual toys but these were a reasonably good alternative and looked cute on the cake.

Worth purchasing for quick birthday cake decor!
Used this for my daughter's 10th birthday! I cheated and bought an ice cream cake and used the fortnite pieces to decorate it! Great product! Very well made; strong and sturdy; great graphics!
