I bought this collar and thought I got the right size but it was way too big and could not be adjusted down tight enough to keep the trach tube in and not moving around too much. I did return it with ease and the seller credited me right away. I'm sure with the right size it would work but I found another brand locally as I needed them right away.

The media could not be loaded. Dangerous malfunction! We had two of them break. Because they broke, my husband’s trach tube was almost all the way out while coughing. He could have died if I had not been with him to put the trach back in and put a new trach tie on. Unbelievable!

There ok they do the job, but they seem to keep my neck hot.

Works good for my son
