Misleading Title; but valuable info for all
If one has been following Luke Coutinho, you will understand & admire his knowledge and passion to better our health by making lifestyle changes. I find his teachings are combination of modern medical science, ancient Ayurvedic wisdom, Yoga, Pranayam, & different types exercise techniques with a dash of common sense ;)Compared to his first book, The Great Indian Diet, I noticed improvements in this book. References are cited and the actual content, writing style is improved. Biggest complaint I have w/this book is the title :( It gives the wrong impression and targets audience who might be interested in losing weight only. I found this book to be more about lifestyle changes for all rather than just for those who want to lose weight. Content of this book combined lot of the info Luke shares in his live webcasts. I recommend this book. Thank you Luke; Namaste!

The author sounds to be pretty knowledgeable but somehow couldn’t get hooked.

A Wholesome Book for a Wholesome Life
This is a very informative book and for sure it is in my Top 3 Health books. I like the fact that Luke has covered all the 4 aspects of good health: Nutrition, Sleep, Exercise and Emotional detoxification. He has explained common myths about lifestyle diseases and encouraged to look beyond calories. I love his 62 lifestyles changes which can be incorporated for a healthy and a happy life. These changes are very much practical and easy.Please do read the book and have a beautiful healthy life.

Some amazing eye opener thoughts shared by Luke. Perhaps will be very easy for me to imbibe them, will revert in 3 months on my results.... 😎

Good book
Awesome book! it has a very deep knowledge of food, workouts, fasting, nutrition and lifestyle changes one must adapt. Very practical and acceptable. And my confusion of brown sugar vs white sugar is cleared ! Worth reading !!

Helpful n motivational
I have read quite a few books on diet and I ll mention things that stand out here.1. Simple language2. Not veg recipe or soup recipe ( thank god)3. He just mentions general guidelines not how much n how many exercises to do.4. The chapters in liver, lung, gut detox recipes are interesting but impractical for people like me.5. Atleast I got motivated to buy extra virgin coconut oil(lol)6. No summary at the end.. So you forget the first 10 points by the time u get to the 50th. So have to take a paper n pen n sit7.who wants to read testimonies?? Personal ad??8.overall a good read.. Some facts were new rest we all know but need a nudge
