This is probably hands-down the best tape you can buy for using on your joints that hurt. It lasts a long time and is waterproof and you can wear it for up to a week if you want to. It might be the more expensive one, but it’s very good

I bought this to help support my knees and back as I do physical therapy exercises. It has helped immensely! The adhesive stays on, even through showering- maybe a little too well. I use adhesive remover pads to get it all off. It is comfortable to wear, but does tend to fray a bit at the edges after a day. Not a big deal for me. I wouldn’t wear it more than 2 days, as it may cause skin irritation. The tape is easy to cut and simple to apply. It stretches nicely. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and will buy it again.

Purchased this for my daughter's gymnastics injury. She used it frequently, doing the taping herself. It was of good quality and exactly what she needed.

This tape goes on fine, but doe not last more than two days before it starts to peel. Before applying, I round the edges so that the sharp square corner does not lift on clothing. Even though rounded, the tape does not stay affixed.
