had 2 cups of tea to help with some sleep problems and I slept like a baby! The taste is so comforting too :) my boyfriend also has sleep problems sometimes and I tried to give him a cup too but he didn’t think it would work (he ended up sleeping horribly, while I slept soundly) - going to give him a cup tonight and see if it helps him too!

If you have trouble sleeping this will knock your socks off! I really have trouble sleeping or at least I used to before I discovered this tea! Now I have a cup before bed , and BOOM! SWEET DREAMS.....! Just be sure to have some early in the evening before bed because if you have it too late you won't want to get up in the morning trust me on that one!Wink wink ;-)

Works as well as melatonin. I used the entire box but haven't bought more because it's easier for me to just take a pill. Not a bad product just not for me.

My grandma drink this tea every night so I have to buy it regularly, because of the subscription deal it's great for me to save some money and there is not much to tell about it it's been great and the best for his calming effects since forever.

After a long day and before bed o drink this tea. It relaxs me. Great tasting
