I keep these on hand for times when time is of the essence and weather conditions are not amenable to searching for perfect tinder. My experience with the family that produces these products has been a joy. They are knowledgeable, helpful and generous. They also care deeply for the environment and go to great lengths to harvest from dead fall. Look at their website for instructive videos and other products that are useful for whatever the situation requires. Even superstars in the bushcraft field have done videos praising their products such as Dave Canterbury. Every pack needs a package of this, especially for those like me that don't have the expertise that others possess.
