Great once modified
The BodyCraft dip attachment fit my Tuff Stuff power rack safeties surprisingly well. Unfortunately the 1 inch bars are to thin for comfortable weighted dips, but can be easily modified.I cut the rubber handles off and glued a piece of 1 inch pvc pipe over the metal bar. I then glued a piece of furniture grade black 1 1/4 inch pvc pipe over that. This resulted in a much more comfortable handle for doing weighted dips.I intended on wrapping the pvc pipe with tennis racket tape, but so far the pvc pipe is comfortable enough.Note: I also used a couple of strips of electrical tape between pipe layers to fill in the slight void between the pipes, glue is optional.

A Must Have for the F430 Power Rack
I bought the F430 Power Rack for my wife. It's a great rack and these dip handleswork really well with it. The safeties on the F430 have 2 holes and the safeties canbe installed so these dip handles can be used on the inside, outside or both sidesof the rack.My wife loves this attachment. Initially it seems like you'll be too close to thesafety but when you use them it's a non issue. You can also lower the safety all the way down and use the dip handles to do deeppush ups. These are solid steel and will hold a lot of weight. You can expect some wobblefrom your rack if you do your dips outside the rack. Nothing too bad but it willbe there. if you do your dips inside the rack, no wobble at all.If you are buying the BodyCraft F430 rack, you will really like having theseunless you already have a dedicated Dip Station.

Highly recommended
As someone who already owns a dipping station (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000M2AHRM/ref=oh_details_o02_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) I was a little hesitant to buy something that would duplicate the functionality it provided. However, I have found that having these handles coupled with the wide range of starting heights that the safety bars provide and the stability the rack itself provides makes this option more comfortable (to say nothing of the cheap/dangerous two-chair method). Moreover since you most likely have the 430 already which has a built in pull-up bar and assuming that your setup allows you to actually use it (ceiling height) almost all dipping stations can be put away. I use my dip-station now for storage and--ironically--hanging these bars from when I need to use the rack for something else.

Worth the $$!
They're good for standard dips and I use one on each side of the spotter bars to hold my legs down when I do lat pull with that attachment. You can also use one for a stabilizer handle to do single arm pulls (rear delt) from the bottom part of the lat/row attachment.

if u own the power cage, you want these
Not much to say. You put them in , you dip. They work well with the Bodycraft F430 power cage and were not overly priced in my opinion. I would reccommend to anyone who has the power cage of the same name.
