Overall satisfied: diminutive, but sturdy and good value
Overall I'm pleased with this set which is good value, sturdy in construction and has a nice, contemporary look for the price. The real life colours of the furniture and cushions are definitely darker than appear in the product photos, but look good nonetheless. Proportions are diminutive, but as expected as I measured from the specs before purchasing. The love-seat is tight seating two average-build adults, but the single seats are a reasonable size. I agree with other comments that, for comfort, the cushions would benefit from being thicker. My set came with easy-to-follow sets of instructions per piece and there were no issues identifying the relevant components. Assembly is labour intensive but uncomplicated - two hours is a realistic construction time per set (less if you have appropriate power tools; longer if you are a novice at putting together furniture and/or are using the tool-kit provided). Using a proper spanner in place of the fairly flimsy one provided speeds things up. Improvising with the instructions also helped (you will benefit from leaving the main nuts and bolts loose on the main assembly until nuts and bolts are in loosely fastened, then tightening one by one as you go). One of the seats in my set had the assembly holes drilled in the wrong place on the side panel, but it was a reasonably easy fix to make a couple of new holes and Amazon obliged with a discount for the inconvenience.I would have happily paid another $100-$200 for a larger loveseat and better cushions (even at the expense of the table), but it is a good set for 3-4 people which doesn't look out of place in a smaller space, and I expect the build quality to last a good few seasons.

ASSEMBLY IS HORRENDOUS!!!!!!!
A VERY frustrating 5 hours of assembly. We decided to buy this set because we wanted something nice that didn't cost $1500 (when did outside furniture get so pricey?!?)Excited for it to arrive, it all came in one box (a very banged up box; but that could've been the delivery service). NOTHING was labeled; so I spent the first 20 minutes trying to separate and group all the pieces (figuring out which pieces were for the chairs; table and loveseat). Then I started assembly with the coffee table. Easy enough. (My hands hurt from the allen wrench, but I expected that... I hate allen wrenches). Had the pieces been labeled with little "A" "B" "C"etc stickers, it would have helped tremendously.Next I moved on to assemble the loveseat. Oh lord. It took me 2 1/2 hours. The instructions (pictures only... I'm okay with that) were VERY vague as to which hardware piece to use where (there were different size screws in the hardware pack). The allen wrench is terribly uncomfortable to use. Holes don't match up perfectly and the screws became striped VERY easily. (I'm super careful not to strip screws). I couldn't get a lot of the pieces to match up flush against each other either. The screws (nuts and bolts) on the bottom of the loveseat and chairs were by far the most frustrating part. The nuts don't fit the screw, and the only way to tighten it is to hold the screw in place with the allen wrench while using the wrench to tighten the nut.My husband (who is very handy... and a perfectionist) checked my work and ensured that I was in fact assembling everything correctly (I thought maybe I was doing EVERYTHING wrong because it was so frustrating and complicated). By the time my tore-up super sore hands got to the chairs, I was more familiar with what to expect, so they only took me about 1 1/2 hours to assemble. Now, I will say this... the set is beautiful. While it's not top quality (I wasn't expecting it to be) it doesn't look super cheap either. The reason I didn't flock to the nearest WalMart and spend $250 on a set like this is because I wanted a better quality and easier assembly. While everything feels pretty sturdy for now, I know it wont last long because of the striped screws. I'm so afraid that I'll sit on it one day and it will just crumble.I have put many, many, many pieces of furniture together over the years, and this was BY FAR the worst. I also DO NOT wright negative reviews on products. I would have sent the sent the whole thing back, but the thought of unscrewing what I had done, packing it all back in the banged up box, and waiting for FedEx to pick it up was just too much to handle. If I were to re-do this purchase, I would spend an extra $200 and get a nicer set that comes assembled, or with minimal assembly. If this set had only costs me $200, I wouldn't have a single complaint because I would have expected this. But, sadly I spent $500 on it. Not worth it.

Not worth the aggravation.
I want to clarify something up front. Its not the furniture I do not like. After its together it look good. The cushions could be a little thicker, but it is what it is. What I don't like. when it arrived at the house the box was opened on 3 sides. I had to slide it into the garage on concrete, otherwise OI would have had to call for help. Not necessarily because of the weight but how the box was falling apart. Secondly the Allen wrench and the aluminum wrench to put it together are crap. It took me 5 hours to assemble the furniture by myself. The position of the holes for the allen wrench screws dont always line up. This is aggravating. By the time I was done, I was missing 3 screws for the legs. Luckily Lowe's had some that worked, but that was a trip to lowes and an extra few bucks. Take my advice, for the price and time it took to put together, go buy some assembled and have it delivered, even if it cost an extra $100-$200 bucks!

This set was extremely difficult to put together and my husband and I have put furniture together in the past and this was WAY MORE DIFFICULT. The allen wrench and screws were awful. The screws were of poor quality and stripped easily One of the chairs had a hole missing where the screws were supposed to go! We had to drill holes. Also, one of the wicker chairs holes was behind the wicker so we had to remove the wicker to put the screws in. The pieces turned out nice, but... the jury is still out. Let's see how it holds our company.
